- Request must be made at least 10 days prior to payment due date.
- All accounts must be in good standing with ACU.

How Skip-A- Payment Works
Some months can be financially harder than others! We offer Skip-A-Payment for those times when you need it most.
The fastest way to request a skip-a-payment is by login into online banking. You may also contact us by phone at 972-494-5328, or stop by one of our office locations.
Your loan agreement with America's Credit Union will remain the same and this does not change your legal obligation to repay your loan as outlined in your loan agreement.
Skip-A-Payment is not available for Mortgage, Home Equity Loans, Line of Credit Loans, Leases, Previous Holiday Loans and Visa® Credit Cards.
*Loans that have met the maximum number of payment skips over the life of the loan may not be approved for this skip payment offer. All requests must be submitted at least 10 days prior to payment due date. America’s Credit Union has the right to refuse this extension request at its discretion. Other conditions may apply. Interest will continue to accrue from the date of last payment. You agree to amend the terms of your original agreement by one month, and repay the entire unpaid balance, plus interest.
