Beginning July 1, 2025, shared branching service through CO-OP Shared Branch will be retired as we continue our focus on providing modernized, secure, digital-first solutions that better reflect how our members choose to manage their finances. You will have access to the following starting July 1, 2025:

Holds may apply per Regulation CC.** Electronic deposits may be available up to two business days early, depending on the timing of receipt in our Automated Clearing House (ACH) database. The member's account must be in good standing, and the member must be enrolled in direct deposit through their employer. Excludes International deposits.
The White Rock Branch does not currently have a coin machine, but we are open to exploring that option in the future. In the meantime, coin machine services are available at our Lancaster, Forest, and Royal branches. You can find these locations here.

Yes, you will need to contact each merchant with your new routing number (311982435), account number (you will receive this by mail after June 18th), or debit card number (you will receive by mail after June 16th). You can use our Bill Pay service to manage your payments moving forward.
We are merging the two credit unions into one. To ensure a uniform transfer, your accounts will now be part of America's Credit Union starting July 1, 2025.
Yes, you will receive a new account number after June 18th by mail.
You can open accounts at the White Rock branch before the conversion date, July 1, 2025. These accounts will seamlessly convert during the merger. We're committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for you.

After July 1, 2025, all members will be automatically switched to paper statements. Once you register for our digital banking experience, you can accept the terms and conditions to receive eStatements.
The America's Credit Union statement notifications will come from the email address no-reply@edelivery.americascu.org and include the message "Your America's Credit Union eStatement is now available." If needed, please adjust your email settings to accept this email notification.
Yes, it will change to that of America's Credit Union's routine number, 311982435. For a period of time, checks processed with the Texas Telcom Credit Union routing number will be accepted.
The 'Little Bucks' accounts will convert into an interest-bearing Kids Account. While they will no longer be called 'Little Bucks,' they will continue to offer great benefits for young savers. Please visit our Kids Savings accounts here.
All account types, including CDs, IRAs, and other share accounts, will seamlessly transfer during the merger. We’re committed to ensuring this transition is as smooth and effortless as possible for you.

Yes, you will receive an America's Credit Union Visa® debit card. It will arrive after June 16th. On Wednesday, July 2, 2025, you can call 800-290-7893 to activate your new Visa® debit card and set a PIN.
Continue to use your current Texas Telcom Debit Visa® through Monday, June 30, 2025. Your Texas Telcom card will be DEACTIVATED after June 30, 2025.
If you use your Texas Telcom card for recurring transactions such as utility payments, remember to add your new card information to those accounts.
Your MasterCard® will be replaced with an America's Credit Union Visa® before July 25, 2025. Your balance from your current MasterCardV will be transferred to your new VisaV card.
You will need to set a PIN for your new debit card, and it's a simple process. Just call 800-290-7893 on July 2, 2025, to get started.

Starting July 1, 2025, real-time payments through Zelle® will be temporarily unavailable within our digital banking experience. Bill Pay - Please note that your payee information will not transfer to the new digital
banking experience. To prepare for this change, please print a copy of your payees' information
before the conversion on July 1, 2025. After you have enrolled in Digital Banking, you will have
the ability to add your Bill Pay payees to your account.

Any loan payments will be processed through the transition. However, starting July 2nd, you'll need to update any payments with your new account information (which you'll receive by mail after June 18th) and routing number to avoid payment disruptions.
We have a small staff available from 9:00 AM to Noon to process new loan applications or answer questions on existing loan applications. If you have any questions regarding your current loan with America's Credit Union, please call our contact center at 888-742-6551.
You should have received a mailing regarding the credit insurance on your loans after April 24, 2025, to inform you of a different product that will replace credit insurance. The new product is Debt Protection, and it covers more than your credit insurance, such as hospital benefits, loss of dependent benefits, and involuntary unemployment benefits. Please look for your mailer and follow the instructions included.
Yes, you will continue to receive your monthly loan statements.
Yes, your account number and loan ID will change. You will be notified by mail with your new loan ID number.
