America's Credit Union is governed by members who have been elected by the membership to serve on the volunteer Board of Directors. The role of the volunteer Board of Directors is to:
- Set America's CU's policies.
- Ensure America's CU's sound financial condition.
- Review the CEO's progress in achieving goals.
- Report to members at the annual meeting.
