Giveaway Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. OPENING AN ACCOUNT, TAKING A LOAN FROM AMERICA'S CREDIT UNION, OR OTHER PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. RULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME AND WITHOUT NOTICE.
Eligibility for Promotion: Open to anyone eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Members must be in good standing with the credit union. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of America’s Credit Union and immediate family members (spouse and parents, siblings and children, and their spouses), and persons living in the same household as each of the above are ineligible. The Promotion period begins and ends on May 28, 2025. We will announce the winning numbers during the 91st Annual Meeting on May 28, 2025. Must be virtually in attendance at the annual meeting to win. No transfer or substitution of the prize is permitted by the winner.
Prizes: The Credit Union will award five (5) prizes. There will be one (1) Nintendo Switch Game Console valued at $340; one (1) Bose Quiet Comfort True Wireless Earbuds valued at $250; one (1) Ring Doorbell valued at $150; one (1) Bose Portable Speaker valued at $120; one (1) $100 Visa® Gift Card.
Void where prohibited by law: All Federal, State, and local laws apply.
Tax Responsibility: Federal, State, and local taxes are the responsibility of the prize winner.
Release of Claims: The winner, members of any winning household, relatives, and persons who use any prize awarded by the Credit Union, and such persons heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators release and exempt the Credit Union and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, chooses in action and damages which they have now or any time in the future arising from the use of any prize, including personal injury or death.
Prize Drawing and Notification: The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entrants received on May 28, 2025. The selection of a prizewinner hereunder will be final. A member must agree to submit their name to the drawing at the time they RSVP on our website here. Members will receive a Zoom meeting link with a unique number two (2) days before the meeting (May 26, 2025) by email. This number will correspond to the numbers used in the random drawing. We will notify the winner based on the contact information in the entry form (email). We will NEVER send you a link to click as a winner.
General Conditions: America's Credit Union reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the promotion or any part of it, for any reason, including if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by the Credit Union in its sole discretion.
Accepting a prize, a winner consents to the use of his/her name and photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional services without compensation.
