I’m excited to share the remarkable progress we’ve made this year and the great opportunities that lie ahead. This past year has been about growth, innovation, and enhanced service, all thanks to you.

New Loan System (May): We’ve launched a streamlined loan application system, designed to make borrowing simpler and faster for you. This improvement makes the entire lending process easier and grants you access to a wider range of our products and services with less hassle.
Merger with Texas Telcom Credit Union (July): We welcomed more than 3,200 new members into our credit union family! This means more convenient branches for you, including our location in the White Rock area. With this merger, we’ve also added talented professionals to our team who are dedicated to serving you better, refreshing the White Rock Lake branch, and building stronger partnerships within businesses in the East Dallas community.

Modern Digital Banking Platform: On November 12, we successfully transitioned to a new digital banking system designed to strengthen security, streamline everyday transactions, and open the door to future innovations. With the addition of Zelle®, sending and receiving money is now faster and easier than ever. This enhanced platform helps us continue evolving to meet your needs, giving you the flexibility to manage your banking anytime, anywhere.

As we look ahead to 2026, we’re excited to continue building with you in mind. We understand that life can get busy, so we want banking to feel effortless: secure, simple, and always within reach. From expanding our digital services to crafting personalized solutions and strengthening community ties, our goal is to make every transaction easy and accessible for you. Federal law requires us to tell you how we collect, share and protect your personal information. Our privacy policy has not changed. We DO NOT share personal information with 3rd parties. You may review our policy and practices with respect to your personal information below or we will mail you a free copy upon request if you call us at 1-888-742-6551 or 214-742-6551.

Withholding Notice

Federal regulations require us to provide notice regarding withholding elections on your IRA distributions. If your estimated tax and withholding payments are insufficient, you may incur tax penalties under the estimated tax payment rules.

Your withholding election remains in effect for subsequent distributions unless you change or revoke the election. If you want your current withholding election to remain unchanged, no action is required.

You may change or revoke your election at any time. To make a new withholding election, call or visit one of our branch offices for assistance.

Disclosures

¹ Refer-A-Friend (RAF) $90 incentive will be deposited into referring members' account within 5 days of the new account opening. The referred new account will receive $90 RAF incentive within 5 days of the first direct deposit of $100 or more. Direct deposit must be made within 60 days of account opening. Must be 18 years of age to participate. RAF incentives will be reported as dividend income. Referred members must meet eligibility and account opening criteria.
