OTHER INFORMATION
Debit Cards - After June 4th, you will receive your America’s Credit Union Visa® debit card with instructions to register the card and set your PIN. This card cannot be activated until July 1 or after.
External Transfers - Any transactions completed before July 1, 2025, will be posted. After enrolling in digital banking, you will be able to re-establish the external transfers.
Zelle® - Beginning July 1, 2025, real-time payments through Zelle® will be temporarily unavailable within the digital banking experience. We plan to re-release the Zelle® service in the Fall of 2025 as a service of America’s Credit Union. During this transition period, you can continue to send money to other members and pay bills through digital banking using other existing tools, including Bill Pay and our Person-to-Person (P2P) service.
Bill Pay - Please note that your payee information will not be transferred to the new digital banking experience. To prepare for this change, please print a copy of your payees' information before the conversion on July 1, 2025. After you have enrolled in Digital Banking, you will have the ability to add your Bill Pay payees to your account.
Your Bill Pay history will not carry over.
Loan Payments - If you are making payments on a Texas Telcom loan from another Texas Telcom account, these payments will continue automatically. For any other loan payments due during the first week of July, and to avoid late payments, we recommend writing a check or making a direct payment through the other financial institution’s system until the payee can be set up for bill payments.
After July 1, 2025, you can make loan payments directly through MessagePay here.
Mail payments to: America’s CU | PO Box 671149 | Dallas, TX 75367
Credit Cards - You will receive a new America’s Credit Union Visa® card around the end of July. Your card will be valid until you receive a new card in the mail. More information will follow in future communication pieces.
