Important Information about Your Digital Experience

As we transition your online banking accounts, we understand that this change may bring some adjustments. We're here to ensure the experience is smooth and easy for you. Below, you'll find information on what to expect during the conversion weekend and how to start with America's Credit Union digital experience.

Online Banking will become unavailable starting 4 PM on May 29th.

On June 2nd, you will need to re-enroll in America's CU Digital Banking.

Online Banking Services

Friday, May 29, through Monday, June 1.

You may expect Online Banking interruptions during this time. Please download and print any transaction history and statements, as they will not transfer over to the new system.

Friday, May 29

Business as usual until 4 PM. You can make your last deposit at this time. Check your balance and download any necessary information from Online Banking, then print it.

Monday, June 1

The branch will be closed. Digital Banking will not be available until Tuesday, June 2.

Tuesday, June 2

All systems are available. Here are the next steps for Digital Banking:

Enroll in the digital banking experience with America's Credit Union. You will need the following information:
- Your Social Security number
- New member number (this was mailed to you at the beginning of May)
- Email address from your Everman Parkway banking profile
- Mobile phone number from your Everman Parkway banking profile
Download the mobile app using a link or QR code provided at the top of the page
Accept eStatements
You now have access to bill pay and can set up payees
Connect your external accounts
