Conversion Schedule and Important Information

As we transition Everman Parkway Credit Union, below you will find helpful information related to your accounts, including important cutoff and conversion dates.  

CHECKING AND SAVINGS ACCOUNTS

MEMBER NUMBERS - You will be issued a new member number. Look for a mailer from America’s Credit Union after June 18, 2025. Your member number is an important piece for your digital banking enrollment.

ACCOUNT NUMBERS AND TYPES - Your account numbers (deposits and loans) will change. We will notify you of your new account information by mail. Please note that the routing number for America's Credit Union will be 311982435, effective June 1, 2026.

STATEMENTS - You will receive a paper statement from Everman Parkway Credit Union for the month of May 2026, which will include all posted transactions since your last statement. Your first America’s Credit Union statement will begin with transactions posted on June 1, 2026, and continue through the end of your regular statement cycle. This statement will be in a new format and will include any interest earned or applicable service fees.

eStatements - Starting June 1, 2026, all members will receive paper statements by default. To switch to eStatements, simply enroll in digital banking and accept the eStatement terms and conditions. The America's Credit Union statement notifications will come from the email address no-reply@edelivery.americascu.org and include the message "Your America's Credit Union eStatement is now available." If needed, please adjust your email settings to accept this email notification.

DIRECT DEPOSIT AND ACH - We will continue processing direct deposit and ACH transactions during the transition.  However, starting June 2nd, you'll need to update any direct deposits, ACH payments, or transfers with your new account number and routing number to avoid payment disruptions.  

Get paid early! Starting June 2nd, you can receive your regular deposits up to two (2) days early, provided that your vendor has your new America’s Credit Union account number and the correct routing number 311982435.

CHECKS - You may continue to use your current Everman Parkway Credit Union checks after June 1, 2026. 

OTHER INFORMATION 

Debit Cards - After mid-May, you will receive your America’s Credit Union Visa® debit card with instructions to register the card and set your PIN. This card cannot be activated until June 2.

External Transfers - Any transactions completed before June 1, 2026, will be posted. After enrolling in digital banking, you will be able to re-establish the external transfers.

Zelle® - Beginning June 1, 2026, you’ll be able to use Zelle® directly within digital banking, giving you a fast, easy way to send and receive money. We’re excited to bring you more ways to move money quickly and securely.

Bill Pay - Please note that your payee information will not be transferred to the new digital banking experience. To prepare for this change, please print a copy of your payees' information before the conversion on June 1, 2026. After you have enrolled in Digital Banking, you will have the ability to add your Bill Pay payees to your account. 

Your Bill Pay history will not carry over.

Loan Payments - If you are making payments on an Everman Parkway loan from another Everman Parkway account, these payments will continue automatically. For any other loan payments due during the first week of June, and to avoid late payments, we recommend writing a check or making a direct payment through the other financial institution’s system until the payee can be set up for bill payments.

Credit Cards - You will receive a new America’s Credit Union Visa® card before May 15, 2026. Your card will be valid until you receive a new card in the mail. More information will follow in future communication pieces.
